Consultations at the surgery are by appointment only and may be made in advance. Appointments may be made by telephoning 01922 620532 or by calling at the surgery. Patients may see the doctor of their choice by appointment, though there may be a delay if you wish to see a specific doctor.
Patients requesting a same-day appointment for a problem that is considered urgent will be offered an appointment with the first available doctor. On days where the demand for same-day appointments is high a considerable wait may be unavoidable.
BOOK/CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENTS ONLINE
To sign up to book/cancel your appointments online please contact the surgery to get the appropriate passwords. You can do this by going to the 'contact us' section of the website and clicking on the link at the bottom of the webpage called 'send us your comments and suggestions' to fill out a contact form requesting the passwords. Please state on the contact form that you would like the passwords to sign up to book appointments online, and state your name, date of birth, address and email address. We can either send you the passwords by post or email them to you. You should only use the contact form for contacting the surgery about certain issues (details are shown on the 'contact us' page) so please phone the surgery, send a letter or book an appointment if you need to contact the surgery about any other issues.

TO REQUEST A HOME VISIT - (01922 623780)
If a patient is housebound or too ill to leave the home they may be visited at the doctor’s discretion. Patients are requested to telephone 01922 623780, before 10.30am if a visit is required that day. Emergency visits only will be arranged after that time. Please give the receptionist as much information as possible to enable the doctor to allocate priority to house calls.
