Consultations at the surgery are by appointment only and may be made in advance. Appointments may be made by telephoning 01922 620532 or by calling at the surgery. Patients may see the doctor of their choice by appointment, though there may be a delay if you wish to see a specific doctor.

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION – PUBLICATION SCHEME

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 obliges the practice to produce a Publication Scheme. A publication scheme is a guide to the “classes” of information the practice intends to routinely make available. This scheme is displayed on the notice board in the main waiting room.
