Consultations at the surgery are by appointment only and may be made in advance. Appointments may be made by telephoning 01922 620532 or by calling at the surgery. Patients may see the doctor of their choice by appointment, though there may be a delay if you wish to see a specific doctor. Patients requesting a same-day appointment for a problem that is considered urgent will be offered an appointment with the first available doctor. On days where the demand for same-day appointments is high a considerable wait may be unavoidable.

If a patient is housebound or too ill to leave the home they may be visited at the doctor's discretion. Patients are requested to telephone 01922 623780, before 10.30am if a visit is required that day. Emergency visits only will be arranged after that time. Please give the receptionist as much information as possible to enable the doctor to allocate priority to house calls.
